Hello Karen:

Well, here it is Monday morning and I have already received AND read every single page in the new cookbook and invited over a number of members to view it for themselves (and take a bunch with them to sell). I can only say how very pleased and happy I am. I love the look of the book, and the content is just superb. The coloured divider pages are better than I expected and all the helpful hints and quotes just make it so much more special. Your company did an amazing job and I, and the rest of the hospital auxiliary, are very, very happy with the new cookbooks (even those members who didn’t think we needed a “new” cookbook as “there is nothing wrong with the old one”).

So thank you again for all of your help and ongoing support throughout this entire project. You were an angel. I loved the way you were able to answer each and every question within hours of my asking and well, the service, has just been exemplary. I could not have imagined a better outcome.
