Ensuring Our E-mails Reach You
We reply to all e-mails we receive within 1 business day, typically much sooner. If you don't see a reply from us within 24 hours (1 business day), please check your e-mail program's Spam/Junk folder as our e-mail may have been misclassified as junk/spam.
If our e-mail does not appear in your Spam/Junk folder, please call us at 1-800-665-0222 and we can answer your questions immediately. Also, please let us know that our reply to your initial inquiry did not reach you!
Unfortunately, because of the high volume of real spam/junk e-mail being sent on a daily basis it has become necessary for your ISP (Internet Service Provider) and free e-mail providers (e.g. Hotmail, Google's GMail) to use SPAM filters on their e-mail servers. In addition, most computers nowadays have Internet security software installed which also include SPAM filtering features. These filters are not perfect and misclassify many legitimate e-mails, including ours.
Below are some simple instructions on how to prevent our e-mails from being misclassified. If you have any difficulties please contact your ISP for technical support or refer to the manuals/instructions provided with your Internet security software installed on your machine. Due to the number of e-mail programs, Internet security software packages and free e-mail service providers available it is not feasible for us to cover them all and in great depth. However, most have similar concepts to those mentioned below.

If you have any difficulties in configuring your e-mail program please refer to the documentation and online help on your e-mail provider's website which will take you through the configuration process step-by-step. Microsoft has many articles and tutorials online which can be found at Microsoft's Office webiste.
As always, regularly check your Spam/Junk e-mail folders to ensure that your configuration changes are working and that our e-mails are not being delivered to your Spam/Junk folder.
